How do I cancel a dispute?

As long as ZenFunds hasn’t filed a chargeback (i.e., we haven't asked the merchant to return the disputed transaction amount back to you), you can cancel a dispute claim in the ZenFunds app with these steps:

1. 1. On the Home screen, tap Disputes.
   2. Tap the claim you want to cancel.
   3. Tap the three dots in the top right corner.
   4. Tap Request to remove transactions.

Can I reopen a dispute that I canceled?

We don’t reopen canceled dispute claims, but you can file a new claim for the same transaction. Just tap the transaction in your app and then tap Problem with this transaction?
