Why did ZenFunds close my card after I reported an unauthorized charge?

Your card information is at risk when unauthorized charges appear on your account. In order to protect your money, we disable the card and send you a new one. This replacement card has a new number, expiration date, and security code, and is connected to the same Checking or Credit Builder Account you were using before. It’ll arrive in 7 to 10 business days.
