It's best to only use Pay Anyone for payments to friends you trust. If you don't receive goods or services from a merchant after a Pay Anyone transfer, you'll have to sort it out with them directly. Pay Anyone works like cash, so once a transfer is complete, ZenFunds can't reverse it.

Similarly, ZenFunds doesn’t accept disputes for Pay Anyone transfers mistakenly sent to the wrong person or for the wrong amount.
