I received a B Notice. What now?

If you received a paper B Notice from either The Bancorp Bank, N.A. or Stride Bank, N.A., it means the IRS has indicated that the Taxpayer Identification Number (i.e., Social Security number) associated with your ZenFunds Checking Account or ZenFunds Savings Account doesn't match their records. To maintain access to your ZenFunds account(s), you must provide an updated IRS Form W-9 to ZenFunds by November 26, 2023.
