How does direct deposit work?

To set up direct deposit, you need to provide your employer, payroll provider, or benefits payer with your ZenFunds Account's routing and account numbers. You can find these in your ZenFunds app settings under Account info.

To avoid problems with your direct deposit, make sure the name on your deposit matches the name on your ZenFunds account.

When setting up direct deposit for a gig economy payer, make sure transactions are enabled on your debit card. To do this in your ZenFunds app:

      2. Tap Account settings.
      3. Under Checking, make sure the toggle switch next to Allow transactions is green.

Can I split my direct deposit between my ZenFunds accounts?

At this time, ZenFunds can’t split a direct deposit between one or more of your ZenFunds accounts. However, ZenFunds makes it easy for you to move money between your accounts or automatically save money with Save when I get paid.
