You may be able to defer a payment on your personal or business credit card if you’ve been financially affected by COVID-19. For fast service, we recommend that you enroll in our COVID-19 Payment Assistance Program online.

 

What You Should Do:

  • If you can continue making your credit card payments, you should do so.
  • You may be able to defer a payment on a credit card for yourself or your business by enrolling online.
  • If you’re active duty military or have been activated to respond to a disaster, you may be eligible for additional benefits.
  • For questions about assistance not related to COVID-19, please call us at the number on the back of your card.
